We are slowly re-sodding (its only my husband and I and a large yard) our lawn with Zorro Zoysia and have purchased sod from Modern Turf for years. We have our next shipment coming in on Friday and have never had an issue with their sod dying or not rooting. They are very nice and helpful people and have great products. They are quite knowledgeable and would be happy to help you find the best product for lawn. I would definitely recommend them
