Purchased a new trailer and upon receiving it found various parts were missing paint. We had a few other minor issues such as scratches (in about 7 or 8 places), wiring not secured, bent brake pin, one side of the suspension not greased etc. All of the wheels on the trailer were also rusty. I was happy to deal with the minor faults and offered to fix them myself. They offered to refund me for the rusty wheels as I wanted to replace them with black ones anyway, which they wouldn't let me do during the build. But was satisfied... read more
