Booked an appointment online with xyience and he was a no show. Contacted the owner Ryan through texts, calls and social media about getting a refund since I paid online in advance just to be ignored. Ended up having another barber there cut my hair or else I would've been out $45 because this shop has no communication.
Very open and clean space. All the guys were friendly and accommodating to my 12 yr old and myself. They pay attention to detail and are worth every penny. Go!
Xyience did crazy good on my haircut. Gave me exactly what I asked for, had a chill n funny personality, and overall just had great skills and precision. Gonna keep coming here for sure.
