As a General Contractor, we deal with 35 or 40 subcontractors, venders, etc. every month. If we place an order, especially with a homeowner, we expect it to be correct. Modern Timber Craft filled our last 2 orders right on the money. We knew when to expect delivery and the orders were correct when they arrived. That's it.

These guys will take care of you 100%. The lumber they use is legit reclaimed wood with a soul and character; and if you run into any issues they're quick to resolve them to keep you satisfied.
The rustic mantel of unknown species and origin came with a certificate of authenticity that’s likely as bogus as the wood itself. The mantel quickly began warping after installation and within two weeks looked like a banana. The owners questioned that it was actually warped (duh!) and then proceeded to insinuate that I was attempting to perpetrate a fraud.
