I'm going to give only 3 stars. The work in my bathroom was done well but the damage to my lawn and Bob's reaction was very unpleasant. I can only hope he'll be a man of his word and repair my lawn.

Modern Tile did a complete renovation of my bathroom. It turned out wonderful. All the members of his team were wonderful and answered all my concerns. I would highly recommend them.

I am so pleased with the work I had done by Modern Tile and Renovation. I needed my bathroom tile floor replaced. The estimate was so easy and very clear. It was a 4 day project. It all went like clock work. They came just as outlined in the proposal. All the workers were very nice and truly excellent at their skill. Brad did the floor with Matt and they did a fabulous job. My experience with Modern Tile & Renovation was terrific. The planning process was smooth and the crew was prompt, professional and even fun. The result is top notch -- even better than I expected -- due in no small part to the excellent workmanship and sound advice. Highly recommend.
