My girlfriend and I went to 4 sessions. Which were a waste of time period. We never really got down to our major problems and our counselor basically said our relationship was completely over. With no suggestions in how to fix our relationship. Our last session, I got up and walked out. I was pretty upset to hear that our counselor gave up on us in just 4 sessions!!!!!!!

2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, to say the least. She gives great guidance and allows for a safe and private space to be yourself and communicate effectively. She has helped my wife and I connect better and understand each other better. She has helped bridge that gap between "Venus and Mars" communication. She doesn't pressure you or make you feel bad about yourself or the choices that you are struggling with or looking to make. If you're Looking for couples therapy or any type of therapy, I suggest you look elsewhere. My husband and I submitted a request for an appointment and were told that they are not accepting any new clients in an email. Granted they might be booked. But they should Probably add that to their website.
