Very professional team with great availabilities throughout the week. Lydia in particular is great! I came in with a lot of shoulder and neck pain and she has been great in addressing them the past few sessions.
Lydia is incredible! Her expert care has helped resolve my painful leg cramps, numbness and muscle pain. I encourage anyone suffering from leg or body discomfort to visit Lydia. She is a true professional. She will pour her heart into your healing. My quality of life has dramatically improved because of Lydia.
I have been coming here for a little over a year, due to a shoulder injury I sustained, late 2024. I have recovered 96 percent rotation, 100 percent recovery in other shoulder because of these wonderful physical therapists, really. Classy place!! life changing for my spine/hips too! I cannot recommend them enough! Easy scheduling and communication and humor! #1 Frisco Massage Spa in my book!!!!

Clean room very professional staff really relaxing environment. Did foot bath and traditional Thai massage. Very refreshing and helped my shoulder and back pain/stiffness. They walked on my back/legs/shoulders that was right on spot. They would adjust the pressure when asked. And they stretched me. I felt renewed. Price seems reasonable. Will definitely book regular appointment to get rid of some back/shoulder tension.
