Absolutely horrible service. They are always slow completing order and usually do so only after a couple of emails. My most recent 6 cases have been sitting since May with no progress. Glad we switched to scanning.
This company has failed to upload our study models for the last 5 months. After a month and a half of asking when our models will be uploaded, he's been giving me false promises. You can never get ahold of anyone. It takes days for him to respond. I would not recommend using this company for any of their services.
