I was visiting from NSW when the water pump failed in my VW Tiguan. I needed it replaced asap, so that I could drive back to NSW. Charan was wonderful... it isn't a small job and he was booked out, but he squeezed it in so that I could get home. I drove 600klms today and it didn't miss a beat. Thankyou.
Trusted them with a big service and my car is still having the same problems not to mention my partner was quoted a job by the owner and on the day the man working on it said there was no point and that the owner likes to scam people. I feel cheated
