The best custom-home architect and builder I have seen, everything Richard is involved with looks incredible
I was one of Richard's first builds in Tampa, 2012/2013 (Euclid Avenue). It was a pleasurable experience. I felt honored to live in the Home. He designed what no other builders could, true Master Pieces. He truly wanted to make his customers happy and build beautiful homes. He is and was a visionary leader in Modern Homes. I hope to build another home with him in the future! So happy to see he is still thriving.
