Michael and his team over promised and under delivered. He was two months late in delivering the boat I paid him twice the amount of money deposits and he still didn’t have enough money to buy all the finishing materials and he was asking for more money. It’s been a year since I’ve have had the boat and I’ve had so many problems with the plumbing not working and the floors are peeling and buckling. It’s not worth it save your money. I bought a floating home from Mike 13 months ago and I absolutely love it! From head to toe and start to finish we collaborated together to build exactly what I wanted! I’ve lived on board for 6 months and used it as a rental for passive income! I’ve enjoyed making new friends at the marina and entertaining. I’m excited to get started on our second boat that will be delivered in Texas this summer! Thank you so much Modern Struktures!!
