I called outside of normal operating hours (Saturday) not only did Elise pick up, but she was very empathetic with the tight time frame I needed a project completed for the wrap on my van. She connected with her team over the weekend to provide me a quote and was ready for a drop off of my vehicle on monday. The customer service that was provided and precision of attention to make my project match, my wishes was top tier. Elise and her team are highly recommended. I plan to have my tee shirts printed by them also.
We worked with Modern to write our brand story and build out a new website and marketing materials. Going through the brand story process helped us to see ourselves in a new way, and clarify where we were and where we are headed. Having the finished products of that effort has helped us in our discussions with potential clients, and people have responded positively to them. As an added bonus, it gave our whole team buy-in with the firm's values and personality.
