Went for a vanity top and sink. The quality is very good. Communication with Gabrielle was very easy as she understood and knew all I would need as a DIYer.
Modern Stoneworks walked the job after 1 month of us waiting for the install. They poorly installed 1/4 of the countertops we were asking for (after measuring them 3 times) and then abandoned the job. Some areas had a 1" overhang while others had a flush edge (the ask was for 1/2" overhang). Usually you want a mostly consistent overhang. We do not recommend this Modern Stoneworks and only hope to save others from having the same experience that we did.
