His estimate came in much lower than any of the other three roofers we spoke to. He put us on the schedule and started our project in a reasonable time. Adam and the team at MSSMR were terrific! They replaced a gross shingle roof on our shaded front porch that collected moss and moisture for years. Fast, efficient, hard working and quality work are words I would use to describe Modern Standing Seam. The team that worked on my house were some of the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. They were also very respectful of the house, yard and me. The quality of the work looks great and it was done in a very timely manner with excellent clean up each day. Highly recommend. The roof looks amazing and the price was very fair and reasonable.
