We had a great experience working with Eric. It was nice to be able to custom build our office shed so that it matched the rest of our house, unlike the prefab options I had looked at prior-- and his prices were about the same or sometimes even cheaper than the prefab companies. We were also impressed by how they constructed the whole thing in just a couple days, which was super convenient for us to not have long-term construction going on at our house. Eric and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process. His email communications, facetime tour of the space, examples of his work provided allowed us to feel great about making the decision to go ahead and hire them. Our shed arrived earlier than expected and I joked with the guys installing it that they had a 2x speed camera going - but it was just how dialed in they were working together. It only took 2 days to build...now If only I could get the rest of the contractors to work that fast! Thank you Eric and team!

Modern Spaces built and installed a shed in our backyard that we call our zen den. We use it for yoga and working out and we love it. Eric was easy to work with: responsive and transparent about costs and timeline. The install went smoothly and we were pleased it only took a couple days. We are really happy with how it turned out and would work with Modern Spaces again!
Eric and his team designed and installed a modern space for us in our backyard. Our family was growing and we needed a home office that wasn't inside our home. And it needed to also double as a mini photo studio. The design Eric came up with blew us away! We couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Highly recommend!
