It was so easy working with *** and his crew from Modern Solutions! The bid was very reasonable and was the same price at completion. The time frame to do our bathroom remodel was also what they anticipated. Their craftsmanship is AMAZING! Professional, friendly guys that do fantastic work! We will be using them again for our other bathroom and kitchen! Highly recommend!

Modern Solutions just finished remodeling my kitchen. They were a delight to work with. From the start of the process to the end, they were asking me how I wanted things to turn out and they brought up questions I'd never considered. Joe and Rick did great work...they did a complete demo of the old kitchen and did plumbing, electrical, cabinet installation, backsplash and a lot more. So thrilled with the finished product! Pricing was spelled out up front and there were no surprises.

Tim ******** of Modern Solutions LLC exemplifies everything you want in a business. He has great staff that do an excellent job on all aspects of bathroom remodeling (they've done two bathrooms for us, plus tiling a floor in a third); he pays attention to detail and personally checks on progress; he stands by the company's work, and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction even after the work has been completed for some time. I highly recommend this company.
