I used to have a great experiences when using Modern Skin. Amazing wax results and communication. Then the business owner took a leave and I waited until her website said she was taking clients again. Now I have booked TWICE in the past month only to wait in the parking lot for a combined hour between two times. The door was never unlocked and no one ever reached out for a rebooking. Terrible way to run a business. If you aren’t taking clients yet update your website.
