Fantastic BJJ Experience – Before coming to MSDC, I'd never trained BJJ before. The well-structured classes (take a look at the schedule if you haven't already), with accessible timing even for a full-time student, made it easy to start. Best BJJ school in Central CT – This is the only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) school I will ever go to!! I have practice martial arts since I was 8 yrs old. I hear good things about BJJ but fear the muscle-mind meat heads. I wanted a school that would teach me BJJ with safety, and respect. MSDC gave me all that and more.
