Having multiple false alarms on the system. They can’t seem to fix the problem. New problems arise and customer service rep on the phone is rude and unprofessional. Looking for a new company.
Used to use them for work. Never picked up the phone and when they did they had an attitude. On top of that there were always issues with the install.
No one ever answers the phone and returns phone calls. My alarm needs a new battery and can't get into lock box because they didn't leave me a key to change it out. Above reviews are real. So sad. You try to go with a local company and they end up getting burned.
They are not very responsive. I'm trying to cancel the monitoring service since i'm moving and I can't even get them to confirm the cancellation. How do they expect me to use them again when i'm moved in my new house?
The worst customer service. You can never get a hold of a live person and you always have to leave a message and they take days to call you back. I had to replace one of my windows and they had the audacity to tell me to take the leads off and glue them back on myself. They would not even come out and look at it. The wires were too short for my new window and they would not come fix it.
