Went in for Japanese hair straightening and had a great experience. Since I have long hair, the process took about 4-5 hours, but the staff was very hospitable and attentive throughout. Joe did a great job with my cut and was very meticulous. The other woman assisting was also very kind and attentive. Overall happy with the results and experience.

From the moment you walking it's am experience, the hair washing is a dream and Eric my new and forever hairstylist is amazing , he explained everything he was doing or was about to do. He made feel seen and appreciated. 100% will come back here again. And recommend!
