Came in for a dye no bleach. They put dye all over my scalp not even TRYING to avoid the skin. The lady put the entire bowl of dye on the top of my head and smothered my scalp with it and left the ends undyed. The pain got too much they had to wash it off and ended up dyeing my ends with the dye that washed off from the roots. Very unprofessional and not up to license and standard procedure for dyeing.
