For sales they are great, and Monte the owner is wonderful old man. But for service you better have a month to spare as they are either very busy or insanely slow I don't know which. The lady at the counter is not very friendly in person and very rude over the phone. I dropped off my Dixon mower for 100hr service and after a week I called to check on it. I was told a month, I was never given a guestimate on a date and when I mentioned that she was quite combative about what exactly I was told. I'm sure they deal with a lot o... read more
Have had equipment repaired there for over 20 years. Very friendly, very reasonable prices, and always do what they say they will do.
