Michael Grant did the outstanding design work which was well planned, easy to implement and who was a pleasure to work with. Design of a new home is very detailed and Michael made himself available and was very knowledgeable, making the home build fairly stress free. Joe Dixon was the GC who has a crew that works for him and then subcontracts some of the work out like the HVAC, concrete and other.
