We have engaged Modern Rustic on three separate occasions now. In the first instance, having viewed the house that they built in Trinity Park, we were acutely aware of their eclecticism, attention to detail, and eye for quality, and so we engaged them to do a pre-purchase assessment on a house we were seriously considering buying.
