Nothing but storm chasers, avoid at all costs, price they gave me after knocking on my door, flyers in mail for hail damage? Really..u drive 3 hrs to be pushy and rip off the insurance companies?? The price they gave me was double the number of the local roofing pros!!! Zero Stars!!!
I would not give them any future orders for any roofing job to MODERN ROOFING & EXTERIOR. I have canceled the order within 48 hour window to cancel the order. Still they drop the material at my house. And after requesting them multiple times, I am getting run around. I spoke with MARK & MICHAEL both claim to be in the office.
