We needed to have our 30 year old roof shingles replaced in preparation for a solar installation. Jay, from Modern Roofing, responded promptly and worked up a detailed proposal. I had received two other estimates and Modern's was the most detailed proposal and was also the best price. When the decision was made to get a new roof, we looked for a roofer that met the following: a price we could afford, an honest assessment of the needs of our roof, and meeting promises made. Jay from Modern Roofing checked all the boxes. He pointed us to neighbors on our street who used them for their house. They told us how pleased they were with the company. Had a wonderful experience with Modern Roofing. Jay was professional and easy to communicate with. His team arrived on time and were thorough with clean up. We had a few minor issues with screen and grill cover damage that Jay personally came out to fix after the project was done. Would highly recommend!
Much to my surprise, our massive roof was de-shingled and replaced in just one day. The crew was hard-working, did an awesome job, and left our yard clean. Thanks to Jay and his crew for a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them.
Our roof was completed in a matter of hours and looked great! We had great communication and the waste was cleaned up expeditiously. A few pieces of tiling were found and one or two nails in our driveway but otherwise we had a great experience using them!
