Had an outside plantation style shutter added where a glass window was previously installed. Removing the glass window and replacing with a modern and open shutter means our outside dining area will no longer resemble a greenhouse in the heat of summer, and will also provide privacy to the area when closed. Was looked after by David Rogers, who understood what we needed, and had one of his technicians, Shaun, come to measure up and then fit the shutters, and of course remove the glass window! Got roller shutters with I thought were great. Until they don’t work, have called numerous times for repair - they aren’t even 12 months old. I’ve been calling for 2 months now and nothing - they make every excuse. Stay clear of these frauds.
