In process of purchasing a used car and needed a diagnostic. Fit me into their schedule same day. Completed diagnostic and inspected vehicle on lift. Provided recommended work list, estimates on parts and labor costs and order of priority. Made me feel welcome and were genuinely concerned for my satisfaction with the purchase. Greatly appreciated all the detailed work on such short notice.
Had CV axle replaced, was stranded an 1.5hrs from where I live. Was able to get it replaced the next day but when I arrived home, it was leaking. Sent pics to them to confirm the leak. They said the seals must be bad. Seals should've been inspected or replaced if necessary. They ignore my question if the seals were good or bad, then ignore my messages and calls. Not trustworthy or professional. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
