We had all of our windows replaced and some gutters installed. The team did an outstanding job with demo, installation, and cleanup, and we've had zero issues post-installation. The administrative staff communicated frequently and clearly. Best of all, we felt the pricing was extremely reasonable/competitive for the services and products.

I had a contractor back out last minute on replacing a front door package for me. Larry and his team stepped right in and within two days of calling, a team was on site and ready to finish the install. Gabriel and his team were great, worked quickly and did a fantastic job. Larry and his team were very responsive to every question I had. I shopped around and got 5 estimates, modern roofing was the best by over 2 thousand dollars. I had to pay out of pocket because my deductible was high.i am a retired veteran so it made a big difference. The crew was great did the job in about 4 hours. I strongly recommend this company.
