Excellent company, best warranty offered compared to other companies. Best price as well. Other “well known been around forever companies” wanted 2X the price for the same job. Will recommend to anyone looking for fast, thorough and well priced roofing needs.
Working with Modern Renovations was smooth and easy from the start. They are very professional and do an exceptional job. Their pricing was the best I could find and there were no hard sell tactics. They only use top-tier materials and the installation crew was outstanding. I will definitely use them in the future for windows and doors. Look no further.
Larry repaired my roof that had some damage do to storm and high winds. He and his crew did an excellent job. He and his company are stand up people. I wouldn't trust my roofing needs with any other company, after Modern renovations took great care of my roof. He was very punctual, and very professional.
