My wife and I have been very impressed with our experience dealing with Modern Renovations! Larry, the owner, is a straight up guy. No BS. And the office manager, Amanda, is a delightful person to deal with. Excellent customer service and communication throughout. Reasonable pricing and quality workmanship from their crews. What's not to like?
Larry and the team are amazing. My key words are quality, integrity, and commitment. They installed my completely new roof in 2022, and it’s beautiful and added value to my home’s market value. But, the best part is that I called Larry recently to get his advice on another drainage issue not related to their work, and Larry was very attentive and helpful with nothing expected from me. We had a full roof replacement. 20 year old roof was upgraded to the Owens Corning architectural shingles. We used the 50 year shingle plan. Everything about this company is 100% above board professional from first meeting to the last man out. Roof looks fantastic, clean up was great. Best part was a month or two later, a sever "derecho" came through my property. Took down nine trees and blew shingles from my 12 year old roof on my detached garage.
