I had to replace shingle roof so I secured three estimates. Modern Renovations provided the best estimate with quality materials. A date was set for the actual work. The crew of roughly eight guys showed up at 7:15 (I think it was eight, they moved so fast I couldn’t get a good count) they had the old shingles off by 9:30 and the new roof on by 3:00, cleaned the grounds spotless and out the driveway by 3:15. It started to rain 30 minutes later!!
Did great job on replacing the roof, was done very quickly as well.
A roof leak is never a fun thing. I looked on Angi to find recommended roofers and reached out to 3. Modern Renovations came out in top from a materials, price and very importantly, customer service. Communication was quick and easy. Larry came out for the estimate, giving a very detailed breakdown of what he saw on the roof. Great Company! Very fast and Reliable! I got new windows installed as well as a sliding door and they were quick and very professional. They did great trim work on the exterior and where very personable. Recommend 5 Star!
