I highly recommend Modern Kitchen and Bath. Tad and his crew completed a main floor remodel including a full kitchen and 2 baths. They were very helpful in the decision making process and all time lines were met. They were great about communicating with you and very punctual and professional. I am very pleased with how my remodel turned out and enjoyed working with all of them.
We had an amazing experience with Tad and his team at Modern Kitchen and Bath during our kitchen remodel! From start to finish, Tad was incredibly communicative and kept us informed every step of the way. Tad and his team recently completed a new shower and flooring in our master bath. They were incredibly efficient and timely, communicated with us extensively throughout the process, which amazingly took less than a week. We love the result.
There are so many wonderful things to say about Tad and his crew ( he offered to pay me for this review, I wouldn't take one cent..... , sorry Tad couldn't resist..LOL) OK, Now for the actual review, AMAZING.... we got so lucky in finding Tad Knapp and Modern Kitchen and Bath! We had Tad and his team come do updates for two of our bathrooms now. Both times they did a wonderful job. Good communication, clean work, and dog approved! They quickly swapped out a dated (and small) shower insert and an old vanity for our latest project. The new shower is much more spacious and a breeze to clean. The craftsmanship of the new vanity is excellent. Well built and plenty of storage. We have plans to keep him busy with two more bathrooms! One of them being a full gut job. 10/10 would recommend.
