Tad and his crew did an awesome job taking an ugly bathroom and making it a shiny diamond! Tad works with professionalism and an eye for detail. They even modified the vanity that we chose to fit properly, which was no small feat. We are very pleased with the finished product to say the least! I absolutely recommend Tad and his crew for your kitchen or bath remodel.

I went from a bathtub to a walk-in shower and Tad and the guys did a great job from installation to clean up. I would not hesitate to use this company again for anything I needed.
Tad and his team renovated our master bathroom that was falling apart, not working for us in some ways, and in major need of an update. I got quotes from multiple companies and Tad was by far the most willing to work with our budget and make sure we could get something great for the price we wanted to spend. And we absolutely love the result! He was easy to work with at every step and took our opinions into account for everything. Highly recommend!!!
Modern Renovations recently finished a down to the studs kitchen reno for us. Tad was helpful and patient through the entire process including planning a new layout, picking colors and finishes, answering a lot of questions all along the way. His crew was easy to have around and patient with all of our own chaos and traffic in our home while they were working here.
