Tad and his team renovated our master bathroom that was falling apart, not working for us in some ways, and in major need of an update. I got quotes from multiple companies and Tad was by far the most willing to work with our budget and make sure we could get something great for the price we wanted to spend. And we absolutely love the result! He was easy to work with at every step and took our opinions into account for everything. Highly recommend!!!

Modern Renovations recently finished a down to the studs kitchen reno for us. Tad was helpful and patient through the entire process including planning a new layout, picking colors and finishes, answering a lot of questions all along the way. His crew was easy to have around and patient with all of our own chaos and traffic in our home while they were working here. Modern Renovations did a complete kitchen and bath remodel for me. They did a fantastic job. Very easy to work with and had great ideas. What I did not think of they did. I am extremely happy with the results. They are fun to work with!

Tad and all his employees were very friendly. Tad was very accommodating and explained everything was in constant communication and always kept us informed. He had very good ideas on different things to do ideas that we had not thought of. We are completely satisfied with his work and how our bathroom makeover went. Before and after photos!
