MRP are a very attentive team of professionals with a high commitment to completing their projects to their customers’ satisfaction. From their front office staff that I encountered (Zaidi and Marilyn) to their skilled renovation team (Kamal the painter and Raoul the plumber) all were very accommodating and completed their jobs on schedule. An absolute nightmare Modern Reno Plus was doing some updates to the central plumbing of our condo’s (4 buildings in Etobicoke) and had an offer to do additional bathroom and kitchen renovations at the same time. It was a terrible decision to hire them for the additional renovations. It cost me $17,000 (pre tax) for re-tiling the tub surround and floor. I must honestly say the work done was beyond my expectations. I got a quote that was very fair and reasonable for the work that was agreed to be done. I was able to go away on a two week vacation before the project started and upon my return it was completely finished, looks amazing and everything done as agreed upon. I could not be happier. The work done was a complete bathroom, shower, tub installation. The bathroom was left in a pristine and clean condition. Thank you.
