Everyone at Modern was amazing! They explained everything to me, handled all the insurance claims info, and were super nice/professional the whole time we worked together. Their work was quick and great quality as well. Would for sure work with them again!

Tom came out and inspected our roof. He offered multiple options in detail as this was a surprise repair/replacement. The crew came out as soon as temperatures were above freezing and got to work. Additional material was needed from what was quoted but we we were immediately contacted and provided details a the state of the plywood. Pictures were taken to provide to insurance. We replaced a couple of roofs with Modern Remodeling and worked specifically with Cory. He was on top of everything from start to finish, with excellent communication and a very professional approach at every step. The process was smooth and well organized. I would definitely recommend Modern Remodeling, and Cory in particular, to family and friends.

Repairs to water damage from above in condo building. Modern replaced a damaged ceiling fan, repaired/replaced damaged ceilings, repaired damaged crown model including caulk and paint. The crew was outstanding to work with and the quality of their work was top notch. I would absolutely use them again.
