My house had damage from a tornado. Shortly after, my insurance company had a cyberattack & shut down the entire process for weeks. Shane Hollman, GC helped me through the entire process while dealing with the insurance issue. When this was resolved, he had the contractors set up immediately & the work was completed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the results of the work and recommend Modern for any home renovation needs and/or any repairs needed from any natural disaster.

We had a great experience with Modern Remodeling they are super friendly and gave us the results we were hoping for. Shane helped us figure out a solution to a problem we were having and was super responsive every step of the way. He worked with the insurance company without complaint (which was the hardest part in my opinion).
