Since giving my 5-star review, I’ve discovered a ceiling vent that was not screwed back in place, and a breaker that had blown. The breaker panel was 10 feet from the furnace so I don’t know why they didn’t reset it. I would prefer that I be informed of a problem, instead of discovering a problem. Next time, I’ll do a walk through with the service guys BEFORE I pay for the service.
I called, I was quoted a price. I was told I would get a phone call before they would arrive. No phone call and they were almost 1/2 late. This was the 1st service of the day so they weren’t held up from a previous call. When it came time to pay I had to pay $115 more than what I was quoted. Nothing hidden, I said exactly what I wanted done. The bathroom on the main floor had stuff from the vents all over my toilet seat, floor and blinds. Had my ducts cleaned on Saturday in my condo and am very pleased with the results. No more overwhelming dust, air smells clean. Am only disappointed that I wasn’t offered dryer vent cleaning but overall, extremely pleased with the job. Professional.
