Was nearly hit by one of their vans as it crossed into my lane coming down 107th ave during the school drop off. Looked up to see that the driver was looking at his phone texting. When I honked he did not look up and continued to drift between lanes. I again honked and he kept looking down. He did briefly look up to enter the traffic circle, but then back down to his phone as he again drifted through lanes in a busy traffic circle.
