Nick did a great job cleaning our ducts he was very careful with he's equipment inside our home and created no mess. After he did a walk through inspection he was very clear on what needs to be done and the cost before work commenced he also explained other services they offer as well.
Tyler was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about what exactly what he would be doing and the time it would take. He answered all our questions and we were so glad that we had the dryer vent cleaned as it was a fire just waiting to happen with all the lint that Tyler got out of it. Thank you so much Tyler. This was the first time that we have used Modern Purair and will not hesitate to use them again.

Techs were on time, polite, explained what they were doing, took/showed pics/videos, fixed problems found during inspection. Both techs did a great job.
