The technician was Nick. Very personaable, professional and from everything I saw, competent. I can't say I'm entirely familiar with the duct and furnace cleaning business, but as a retired insurance adjuster I am very aware of tradesman talent when I see it. Nick explained the process, was careful to avoid damaging any of the new renovations we had undertaken and was able to show me the extent of debris removal on his portible filtered equipment.
