Very happy with the recent duct work cleaning by Modern PURAIR Ottawa. On arrival I mentioned to the technician that we had just finished a recent reno. He took before and after pictures and overall it was a positive experience.

PurAir came and cleaned our ducts yesterday. The technician did a thorough job that also included the cold air returns and the dryer exhaust. We were surprised by the amount of dust in the cold air returns and even more surprised by an old abandoned bird’s nest pulled out of the dryer exhaust (likely there for over 10 years when we added a cage to the exhaust). The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We were extremely satisfied.
Excellent customer service from technician Isaiah. He was very polite, hardworking. Did our entire house and dryer vent. Highly recommend this company.
Pureair cleaned my ductwork and for no extra charge they cleaned my dryer vent and bathroom fans. (We have 2) They worked fast & were polite & professional. I was also happy to be able to book them through Francis heating & plumbing. (Who look after my furnace, AC & tankless water heater.) I highly recommend them.
