We had Jordon from Modern PURAIR come to clean our air conditioner ducts, and we couldn’t be more impressed. After five years in our home — with wildfires, renovations, and a couple of dogs — our ducts were long overdue for a deep clean. Jordon was absolutely fantastic. Technicians Tyler, Kendel, and Brian rose to the challenge of working on our building. The techs are new to our building, as is our in-house Maintenance tech. They were rock stars as we finalized where everything was located and created a system to move forward with. They were knowledgeable and answered all our questions with loads of patience. They also completed 3 dryer vent/duct cleanings, which were not on our original work order, with great efficiency! It was a pleasure to have them conduct our duct cleaning service.

Modern PURAIR were great to deal with. They were able to book us in on short notice and did great work. Jay and Bryan were quick and efficient cleaning the ducts in our apartment. Will be using them again in the future.

I had an awesome experience. My customer service was met above and beyond. If I had questions they were answered and he was so polite and helpful. I would highly recommend modern pure air. I already have!! Ty so much for the service .
