I have been trying to access my records from Modern Psychiatry since 2024. I have left messages and emailed, spoken with people, received promises of a call back, not one single person in this practice has bothered to return my calls or emails. I have spoken with testing, nursing, finance, etc. I now have to submit a HIPAA compliance complaint. I emailed Carissa directly, called and left messages. Spoken with Kelly. No one has responded. My families experience from the first day was terrible! Doctor Geller has terrible bedside manner( which we assumed would be an isolated situation) and his staff treated our very sensitive situation with such a lack of professionalism that left us dumbstruck and trying to pick up the pieces with no offer for family therapy to help deal. We ended our one year experience receiving the wrong assessment with the wrong diagnosis of our child which was the icing on the cake. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Dr. Stephanie Scullin is AMAZING. I feel heard, respected professionally and asked about my daily life. I enjoy every session I have had with her. Excellent job!
I had an initial telehealth consultation with Andrew in May, and that call went fine. Andrew was kind and professional. I was told I would be contacted within the next few weeks to schedule an assessment, but no one reached out, so I had to call and follow up myself. The appointment was eventually scheduled with Isabella for August, then rescheduled to September.
