They came out to my house, said they were willing to make an offer that day of a good amount but then said they needed a day to run numbers. The number they gave was above what I expected and better then other offers so I gave them time. I spent the next few days reaching out to them only to be ignored. Finally 3 days later after other offers pulled out they told me they decided not to make an offer via a text message. Didn't even have the professionalism to call and tell me. Horrible business....they will sign a contract and then shred it, back out and claim they never signed a week later. I would recommend never working with this company
