If ever someone was looking for a timely , detailed , courteous professional paint contractor you don’t need to look any farther than Chad Trostel and MPD Construction. We are more than pleased with our finished project and have before and after photos for you to look at.
These guys painted my house this summer. They were very meticulous about prepping the house so all the little holes were sealed. They also used the best quality of paint, and did an excellent job. I really liked the attention to detail and the the quality assurance. Chad walked through the completed project with me afterwards to make certain everything met my expectations and I was fully satisfied. I would recommend Chad to anybody.
MPD: Mr Trostel gave me a very fair estimate and in detail. The most impressive was day 1. Mr Trostel told me ahead of time that I didn't have to move anything because he'd do that. I arrived at the end of day 1, and the contents of every room were in the middle of each room and tarped. Mind blowing! Chad is a “10”, he has done some remodels for us and painted our restaurant. Gets the jobs done fast and rates are good.
Chad was recommended by another friend of mine. I called Chad and he was able to take care of this job in 2-3 days. We enjoyed getting to know him. He is a great guy. He put an extension on our roof in the area patio. My husband was pleased with the job. :) My husband was pleased with the work.
