He did a good job at installing a new drain. However, charging over $270 per hour is extremely high. Will likely not go with him again.
Matt did an amazing job in our home a couple months back! We had to install a new septic system, and our 1950's home had severely outdated plumbing. It was a huge job that included replumbing & busting up the concrete in our basement. Not only was the job done fast and thoroughly, but he is such an amazing and kind person. I highly recommend Matt and his company to anyone considering hiring a plumber for a big or small job!
I highly recommend this organization. We had a chronic sewer plugging problem. The owner, Chris, came out and performed a thorough investigation. He found the problem and provided a reasonable quote. We agreed. Three techs showed up on time and spent two days. The work involved excavation and lining of a significant length of sewer line. Very professional and courteous. I consider their service value added.
