Works great, looks great. Very well engineered product that's easy to install. It functions smoothly as it raises or lowers and is completely flush with the countertop. If you want to conceal anything other than the countertop in your kitchen this is a perfect product. The only thing other than the countertop material that shows when it's closed is a very thin collar around the cutout.
