Our V3C popup PowerPoint failed recently. I reached out to the guys and they provided a replacement unit and gave me 50% of the replacement cost even though my unit was out of warranty. The new one arrived within a week and I am so happy with the amazing level of support and customer service provided. Well Done team I will definitely recommend Modern Power Solutions to any one looking for alternative power point solutions.

So far, customer service is not acceptable. Product arrived defective and the customer service policy is to receive texts or emails back and forth for two days to this point. I specifically asked to speak to the person who will supposedly help me and was told she would call me. She didn't call and I received an email to fill out a form and submit a video. It also asked for information that is not easily accessible. I guess I have no choice but to play they're game and jump through their hoops. For the cost of this product, o... read more
