I was surprised to find a specialist that accepts my insurance. First call, they got me right on schedule. Every visit since has been ideal. I can call with confidence that someone will actually answer the phone and I'll be able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame. This review date specific 7/3/24. For me to have a 1050 appointment and not see the Doctor is ridiculous and unacceptable. I like the place, but totally not happy about today's visit and hoping that it doesn't happen again. Then to have no one update me on running behind and not have the doctor apologize when entering my room makes it worse. Customer Service means everything to me.
