I should have left this review awhile ago but better late than never. These folks are the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have a 100 year old medium grand reproducing piano that needed moved from Missouri to Ohio. Not only did they take great care of it when it was stored in their warehouse but the care involved in moving was just absolutely fantastic. Great to deal with on the phone and the movers were beyond professional! I’d give these folks 100 stars if I could.
I’d like to thank Modern Piano for their time, information and courtesy both in the showroom and throughout the buying process. While I could have purchased a piano locally in Texas, picking a piano isn’t an everyday event, so I wanted to make sure I got the right one that I’d enjoy for a very long time.
