UPDATE: 5/26/21 - I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MODERN PEST TO ANYONE. After resolving this issue with modern pest last summer, we decided to go on a service plan. Josh Saffie, the manager, left two $50 off any service plan cards with me last summer. We opted to go on a pretty expensive organic plan for both the house and the yard. I sign my contracts and book my date for service. The next day Modern Pest calls me and tells me they can't service my property.
