I do not like their constant use of automated phone calls. I never get live people calling me, instead it's always a recording. The phone will ring and a recording will tell you something and give you a number to call if there are any problems. However, chances are you weren't expecting to have to write down a phone number because the phone just rang out of the blue.Even if there is a piece of paper and a pen nearby, you can't grab it fast enough to write down the phone number.
