I was sick with the flu. After giving the office a courtesy call to cancel my appt they charged me $50 for a missed appt. They said it was inside 48 hrs but could waive the charge if I had a doctor’s note. I saw my doctor later & provided them with a note but they now state there is no waiver of charge. I have seen this periodontist for over 2 years, show up 15 minutes early, & pay my bills when work is done. This is not how a faithful customer should be treated.
