Great work and highly recommended. I built an ADU in my yard and need to redo the entire yard, as well as installing additional drainage for the ADU (as required by the city). Dave and his crews did a excellent job in getting the drainage done and passing the inspection, then rebuilt the yard with beautiful pavers and turf. All the work is done in high standard, and the team is very efficient in getting things completed quickly. The price is reasonable for the top quality construction you get.
5 Star + for this group. Frank and his team are awesome! Prompt, Fast, Efficient and CLEAN. Project completed in 3 days. I'm a repeat customer having used this company 25 years ago for a Front Courtyard, Stack Stone Accent Wall and Stone Siding work on my former home in Chino.(Selliing factor in recent sale). Best quote then and Best quote today. . Frank is great to work with and has great insight and vision for design concepts and recommendations. Results.......Incredible transformation. Beautiful job completed by the team! The crew that worked on the driveway and porch did an amazing job- finished quicker than expected.
I had a really positive experience with Modern Paving replacing my driveway and backyard patio. David and Amilcar were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the project. Whenever questions came up, they worked with me to find a solution and were always willing to explain the process or answer questions along the way. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, which I really appreciated. The field crew was extremely hard working and efficient. They were respectful of the property... read more
Recently we had Modern Paving tear out the old cracked concrete and grass in our backyard. We replaced it with beautiful pavers and turf. The results were outstanding! Our contact, Frank and Matt the owner, worked with me on every request, and their pricing for the work completed was very good. This is the second time I have used Modern Paving, previously replacing a driveway and front sidewalk with pavers. I highly recommend Modern Paving.
