I have been dealing with Modern Parts House for many years as well as my family members. The staff is very helpful and will give you information on how to check your appliance before you purchase the part. They have always saved me money from buying parts I didn't need. A high recommend and two thumbs up.

I purchased a 75 dollar refrigerator part, got home and the wrong part (trying to fix my frig myself as I am on fixed income) called back to see if I could return it for the other part, this company refused (only had the part for a couple hours). That is all I have to say. NO RETURNS (EVEN WITHIN HOURS) Olmsted Twp
Worst place I have ever dealt with. Ordered a part mid February and was told it would be ready in a week to 10 days. I called 4 weeks later and was rudely told that THEY would call ME when the part arrived. Waited 3 more week, I called, and was told order lost and they would have to reorder. Waited three more week and the guy told me the order was on its way but had no idea when it would arrive...this was without even asking me who I was.
