Stuff happened and the doctors were running late. The communication of why the delay and the wait was clearly expressed. Through all of that the care was bar none! The mood was great for being so far behind and the humor as I was getting my procedure done made everything that much easier to "deal" with.
I cannot say enough good things about this place! From the Receptionist-Absolute perfection! To the nurses, and doctors that are attentive, thorough, take time to listen to your concerns and address them quickly! I have received several treatments at this facility and each one has helped tremendously! Go here if you are in pain…
The 1 Star review is ONLY due to Nena Vigil CNP. The rest of the staff are all 5's. Sad that a 'bad egg' ruins a true, positive review overall. I recently moved from Arizona, where I’d had 15 RFN procedures, and came to Modern Pain & Spine to continue my care. (It took a couple months). Positive experiences: My first visit with Mallory (CNP) and Tracey was excellent—they listened carefully, treated me with respect, and made me feel confident in the plan.
