Gtrat bedside manner. The procedure was very essy.
Had an appointment today and was 10 minutes late due to 3 separate traffic incidents on the expressway. I was told I wouldn't be seen because of being late. Most offices allow a grace period. I have came to the New Lenox office on numerous occasions and waited up to an hour to be seen when I arrived on time. Very unprofessional, unreasonable and unaccomodating to the patients.
Dr. Rafati handled my injection very well. I felt near immediate relief. I have to be sedated for these injections and was lightly sedated but was able to feel instant relief. Thanks again, to the entire Modern Pain team!
Dr Rafati was great!! I was in a lot of pain and getting migraines. The doctor and I talked about trigger point injections and I was so excited. He was excellent at finding every spot that was flared up. The shots did not hurt me, I knew the outcome was worth a shot. I was so thrilled to get them, I am looking forward to seeing him again for my next procedure and his assistant Jenny is so kind. It was a very good experience.
