I recommend NO one to move over here ! I'm sitting in my house with no A/C, one window , can't cook to the sun go down. While the office people sit in the office with a air conditioner.! But refuse to provide there tenants with A/C because the weather is 87% degrees outside we don't need air yet is what they say.! But made sure they had air. And another thing Im in a studio and sign my lease to pay 776.00 and come March first it's 1,000 dollars from fees I still don't understand... I've been a resident for 2 years and what a joke this apartment complex is. Absolutely the least professional, unorganized, incapable of fixing anything, they refuse to turn on the AC, a complete lack of security, the gates have not once been closed in the entire 2 years I've lived here, constant fights erupt, people with machetes/knifes, not to mention a murder that happened in my building. I promise you, you can find better. PLEASE don't live here.

So I’m a current resident, been here for almost 2 years I believe. Honestly, you can find better. There is CONSTANT issues here. The ONE thing they have going for them here is honestly the lack of bugs that I’ve seen. There is definitely still some but compared to some other places, the bug presence has been very manageable. However it’s not enough to make up for the rest of the faults. I used to live here when Virginia was the manager, it was clean and the office staff was so nice especially Honesty and Devin, I just moved back to AZ thinking it would be the same man this place has gone downhill, I would not live here look the other way

I've been waiting for almost 2 months for my $200 refund. All I get is excuse after excuse. When I ask about , since it's been so long. Maybe you could expedite it. Veronica Barrios LAUGHED at me and said "accounting does whatever they want." & "Good luck." So very unprofessional and so disappointing. I really need that money and it's apparent they do too.
