A simple maintenance task was handled without incident and with fantastic timing.
While the overnight issue was unresolved, Grant came in the next morning like a shining knight, resolving everything that I was dealing with, and left me feeling heard, as well as well taken care of. He is an absolute gem, and represents the entire management team with dignity and a smile.
Got my fan fixed a month after the ticket was put in. Just happy to have both switched for the light and fan speed now.
