When I first moved in it was run by a Tides on rail management company. Loved them. They accepted money orders, cashier checks, and checks. Worked with people on rent etc. once lumina took over Virginia was a good manager. But after Virginia left, the company went to crap. Notices not being sent out when important things were happening, the ac constantly breaking , at one point it was 80-90 degrees in my apt, I couldn’t sleep at all. Had such a great time at the last resident event at Lumina! The atmosphere was fun, the staff was welcoming, and the Sonoran hot dogs were so delicious. Definitely appreciate communities that put effort into creating enjoyable events for everyone!
So I was a former tenant who just moved out of there on Oct 31st of 2025. I had moved in in 2019 when it was under different management when they were Tides on rail. The management than was really nice , worked with people when it came down to paying rent. You could also use Cashiers’ check, money orders, your own checking account. Well after a yr or two the company changed to its current management company. They got rid of allowing people to use cashiers checks, money orders, your own checking accounts.
